Last Post

This is my last post before heading into retreat tomorrow.  I'm off to do the shopping this morning, then I have a registration form to fill out for a conference the day after I return.  I'll be giving a presentation I did on the Buddha's advice to lay people at the Hsi Lai temple in Hacienca Heights the day after I return from retreat.

So, no more posts until the middle of January, but I'll be sure to take pictures and let y'all know about the retreat when I get back.

May this retreat benefit all sentient beings!

Your arms should be well toned when you get out from your retreat. Ouch! I can already feel the burn! ;)

Drupon Thinley Ningpo Rinpoche told me he would do 5000 prostrations a day when he did his retreat in Almora. 5000!

Good fortune to you may all benefit from this.

many Tashi Deleks!!!
