My apologies for letting the blog sit for nearly a month. There just hasn't been that much happening, aside from research papers and work. I've decided to drop the blog for the time being. I just don't have that much to say right now. I may revive it in the future, though, especially if I go overseas after I graduate.
Thanks to everyone who dropped in regularly. I'll leave this post up for a few days before cancelling the blog.
While I certainly understand, I wish I'd discovered your blog earlier. All the best...! ^_^

I understand, but am nonetheless outraged. ; )
I hope you do return to the blogosphere someday, my friend.

well, i may not have been a regular reader, but I did drop by...you know sometimes not having much to say is fine. All our lives can be filled with drudge..but I know how it is when you don't feel inspired.
Good luck. I wish you lots more retreat time.

Well, I really enjoyed your blog. Some great stuff up here. Hope to see you at a later time

Even if you don't post, I hope you will leave your blog online so people can learn about monks' life.

Well, you could always take a cue from Konchog and review the Great Books from a monk's perspective...
Of course you might want to start with something less massive than The Brothers K. How about Steinbeck's Of Mice and Men? Too obvious, maybe, and no monks. What about Death Comes for the Archbishop? I really enjoyed that. There might be something to work with in there.
Just kibbutzing, not criticizing. I understand. We all need to pare down from time to time.
I've enjoyed lurking. Best of luck to you.
